Question on Decision Tree Classification

Hi I am a new Orfeo user. Would like to ask if it is possible to export the decision tree model trained on a dataset to apply it onto another dataset and if it is possible to visualise the graphical representation of the decision tree model ?

Hi jgoh and welcome to the orfeo toolbox community!

  • Of course you should be able to apply the classifier model to any other image with the ImageClassifier application

  • There is no built-in way to visualize the decision tree as far as I know

Hi poughov, thanks for the response! So without visualizing the decision tree model, is there any way I can check the attributes and values that are used for the branching nodes?
