Would it be possible to use OTB to do Coherent Change Detection (CCD) of SAR imagery for Search and Rescue or Intel applications?
The algorithm is not yet implemented in OTB. But it is possible to create the filter that implement this algorithm and include the filter in an application. OTB should have all the mechanisms required to do so (region iterator, complex calculation, etc).
