The documentation for this application can be found here. I don’t know of any particular instruction for Lansat8 products.
otbcli_ImageTimeSeriesGapFilling -in InputTimeSeries.tif -mask Mask.tif -out OutputTimeSeries.tif -comp 1 -it spline -id InputDdates.txt -od OutputDates.txt
