OTB 9 (windows) : how to use Generic region merging segmentation? (external module)

Good morning,
I work on a windows 11 station. I succeed in installing OTB-9.1.0-Win64 and connecting it with my 3.34.13-Prizren qgis version. I would like use “GRM” : Generic region merging segmentation", the baatz and Schape Segmentation. But when i open the segmentation panel, the segmentation algorithms availables are :meanshift, cc, watershed, mprofiles. Is there some guidances in order to use GRM with OTB 9 and qgis ?
Thanks so much for your help.

Hi,

The GenericRegionMerging application should be available through QGIS, as there is a .bat and the app is in the lib directory of OTB.
If it is not the case, there is a problem with the package, we will have a look at it.
The documentation of external modules is generated if the module provides it, but here you can see the parameters list by reading the code :

Hi @image80 ,
This is a known problem on QGIS with windows, we will correct it.
You can find the fix here Can't find ColorMapping (#9) · Issues · Main Repositories / otb-QGis-plugin · GitLab until we release a new windows version.
I also advice you to use a QGIS > 3.34 to get the latest OTB plugin where some bugs are fixed (you can find installation instructions here: QGIS interface — Orfeo ToolBox 9.1.0 documentation )
Best regards
