Recent OTB tutorial with Monteverdi?

I need to introduce few students to OTB and think that some
introductory work using the OTB_Application Browser from within
Monteverdi would be helpful.
Is there any (relatively recent) tutorial?
Thanks

Yes we do have a workshop tutorial on this topic: https://gitlab.orfeo-toolbox.org/orfeotoolbox/otb-documents/tree/master/Courses/org

Unfortunately it’s not very accessible. It’s in emacs org-mode and you need to compile it yourself. We are thinking of maybe migrating it to sphinx at some point in the future.

oh I see, those are the intriguing *.org files that I found by googling yesterday!
Could you point me to a link explaining how to compile those files?
Thanks!

If you are on linux you can clone the otb-documents repo, install emacs and emacs org-mode then run the export_pdf.sh script.

And the data for the course are available here: https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/packages/WorkshopData/
