Spot 6 ERROR: Missing mandatory parameter -acqui.gainbias

Dear all,
I am processing an optical calibration on an SPOT6 image, but it seems there is an issue reading the metadata.
It seems the image and related files are opened and read well except for the acqui.gainbias.
Spot 6 should be accepted for optical calibration application.
Any thoughts or suggestions are very much appreciated, maybe the folder is not complete or the level of pre-processing is not correct?
